“It was worth the time and it has helped me deal with my last few stressful days before retirement.”
– Sharon Rose
“The consultation was most helpful because we got to talk about real life situations, and how to approach them in a different way, using the results of my profile. It is not easy to change old habits, so personal encouragement is needed for me to take action based on the data in my assessment.”

Conflict Dynamics ProfileŽ
Is someone pushing your buttons?
There is going to be conflict in your life. You cannot change what someone else does or says. But you CAN change how you respond to situations and people that push your buttons.
Take Control of Your Conflict Behaviors!
If conflicts are throwing you off course and derailing your goals and needs, it's time to look within. After all, you are the common denominator in all of these conflicts.
The Conflict Dynamics ProfileŽ (CDP) measures conflict behaviors in 15 different areas, both active and passive.
In addition, it identifies personal hot buttons - behaviors of others that quickly trigger negative emotions that can overtake your resolve to respond positively.
Personal Guidance to Maximize Your Success
Blackstone Associates are certified facilitators of the Conflict Dynamics ProfileŽ. When you book your CDP-I (the individual version of the assessment) you will receive:
