Having made many of the mistakes that hold women back from negotiating for themselves, Barbara Blackstone has used her love of learning and 20 years of work in mediation and conflict resolution to create energetic workshops where women can learn to take control of their lives and become better self-advocates. She also provides one-on-one coaching to help women ask for that raise, negotiate a new position, or even get more cooperation from family members.
